Reflex Security offers two options for comprehensive product maintenance and support on an annual service contract basis:
- Standard Support
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, 4 hours Guaranteed Response Time
- Premium Support
7 x 24 x 365, 4 hours Guaranteed Response Time
All prices for maintenance and support will be quoted by your Reflex Sales Representative or Authorized Reseller.
Installation and Configuration
Reflex or an Authorized Reseller provides installation and configuration services for our technology. Pricing for Installation and Configuration Services is included with each purchased system.
Professional Services & Consulting
Additional Professional Services are available from Reflex Security or an Authorized Reseller, quoted on a project basis. Contact your Reflex Sales Representative for details.
