Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated lead generation associate who wants to join a dynamic, growing information security provider in Atlanta, Ga. We are This role is the foundation for increasing awareness of Reflex Virtual Security products and solutions. This position is responsible for business-to-business prospecting, identifying, validating and qualifying prospects and leads in support of our sales and marketing efforts. Team member will articulate the Reflex value proposition and work directly with the marketing and sales teams to hand-off qualified leads to sales executives.

Compensation includes a competitive combination of base salary and commission.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from a variety of sources: acquired lists, trade show attendees, webinars, etc
  • Manage and develop prospect database
  • Develop new business prospects through prospecting and cold calls
  • Drive attendance to various campaigns
  • Accurate collection of fundamental prospect information i.e. future projects, budget, timeframe, decision maker(s), decision making process
  • Daily e-mail follow up to each contact and/or call made
  • Ability to move prospects from cold to warm
  • Meet and/or exceed established call activity daily
  • Accurate and timely documentation of all calls and contact in CRM application
  • Weekly reporting of qualified prospects for Sales follow up

Requirements

  • 1 year of successful sales experience
  • 1 year of successful outbound phones sales and/or cold calling
  • Associates, Bachelors degree or solid track record of commensurate experience
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on execution and obtaining sales goals
  • Confident, professional, exceptional interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Strong telephone presentation skills ability to easily communicate with anyone over the phone
  • Strong organizational, time and process management skills
  • Proficient use of internet-based applications
  • Broad understanding of technology and application software
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
